30-day Return/Refund Policy on Our Entire SSL Product

TheSSLMart always wants you to be completely satisfied. If you are considering submitting a refund/cancellation request and need help, you can always discuss your options via refund@thesslmart.com, or by contacting our Support Team via our Client Area Support Portal prior to submitting a request.

TheSSLMart includes a 30 day refund guarantee on GeoTrust^®, Symantec™, Thawte^® and RapidSSL^® SSL Certificate products. TheSSLMart will cancel and refund or issue a store credit for an order upon request by the Customer within 30 days. The refund/cancellation request must be made via the Customer’s control panel for the specific order in question. All refund/cancellation requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial order date.

Any product subject to a successful refund/cancellation request must not be in use, must be un-installed and/or deleted. TheSSLMart may refuse to cancel and/or refund any order that is in use, not un-installed and/or not deleted. We guarantee the quality of all our products with a full replacement, refund or store credit of anything you order from our websites or by any other means. We will issue a store credit or refund upon request by the account holder anytime up to 30 days after the purchase.

To get a store credit or refund, the account holder must complete the Cancellation/Refund Request within their control panel for the specific order in question. Please note that while a store credit can be processed very quickly, a refund typically takes 48 – 72 hours to process.

Payment methods and rules

In our SSL Store we accept most popular payment methods. We are quite flexible people, so if there is no paymnet method that suits you best and you plan to spend large funds and become our reseller, than off course we will discover option to make custom integration for you.

Payment Method 1 :  PayPal

PayPal is one of the most easy and safe way to pay online. You may use your bank account or credit card in the system. No registration is needed if you would like to pay instantly using your credit card. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress and Discover credit cards. All refunds to PayPal accounts are made instantly.

Payment Method 2 : Credit Card

We used Braintree as out credit card gateway. Braintree is a worldwide leader in payment and e-commerce solutions. Braintree offers a broad array of payment solutions including merchant accounts and sub-merchant accounts and an industry leading collection of payment methods and currencies.
